The foot is put into a plastic bag to keep the warmth and moisture close to the skin. |
| The foot in the bag is placed into a comfortable insulated boot. The warmth from the wax radiates into the foot further soothing it. |

After 10 minutes of warmth, the insulated boot is removed. |
| The bag and wax are removed in one movement using soft tissue. |
